The 2025–2026 academic year opens as Cohort VII arrives
With thanksgiving, the College opened the new academic year and welcomed Cohort VII to a three-and-a-half-year journey in the Word.
On the morning of 5 September 2025, Hanoi Bible College held its opening ceremony for the 2025–2026 academic year and welcomed the students of Cohort VII. The board, faculty, representatives of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (North) and students from every year gathered to give thanks.
In his opening message the Principal pointed to Paul’s charge, “Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season” (2 Timothy 4:2), urging students to study diligently, keep a life of prayer and serve with humility.
The new students come from local churches across northern Vietnam. Over the next three and a half years they will complete the 120-credit Bachelor of Theology and a semester of ministry internship in a local church.
The ceremony closed with a time of prayer dedicating the year to the Lord and a warm welcome from the older students.
