The College admits a new cohort every two years. Applicants sit a 120-question multiple-choice exam on the Bible, basic doctrine and church history, followed by an interview about their calling.

Hanoi Bible College belongs to the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (North) and was re-established in 2013. Students study full time, live on campus and worship together, so that biblical knowledge goes hand in hand with a godly life.
Classes are small, lecturers walk closely with each student, and every weekend students serve in local churches.
Under College rules, anyone wishing to become a full student must meet the eight conditions below.
Tuition: 20,000,000 VND per student per year
Tuition covers only about half of the real cost of each student (meals, weekend ministry and living support). A tuition scholarship fund, given by churches and friends of the College, helps students in financial need.

Every school day begins with devotions, and on Wednesday afternoons all lecturers, students and staff gather for chapel. The lecture hall is where we study, practise preaching and learn to lead worship.
